I commend you for your proposed law aimed at booting illegal immigrants from your city! I also encourage you to add the section to the law pertaining to employment limitations...this is also very important! More towns, and this country as a whole need to follow your example. Please continue the fight to regulate immigration to your town, and hopefully by extension, to America. By "regulate" I mean keep immigration through legal channels. Being from Los Angeles, illegal immigration is a situation with which I have firsthand experience. When cities hide behind a "no enforcement" policy, the result has been higher crime rates, the deterioration of public schools, overcrowding and failure of health care facilities, loss of jobs for native citizens, downward pressure on wages, and a general immigrant attitude of "non-assimilation" to American values.

Your city was a topic on "Soundoff" by one our local TV station KXLY [ABC affiliate] today regarding illegals. Response was overwhelmingly positive to your proposed action- keep up the good work. I wish there were more city, county, states and the federal government that would follow your example. Come out here and I will vote for you.

I just read your comment on illegal immigrants in omaha or should I say in Nebraska thats not roght of you to want to boot them they are the ones cutting our meat picking our corn and building our buildings...
